Regional Exhibition planning meeting

Several of us met on February 23d to share our ideas about themes for our next exhibition. We were successful in coming up with a really cool concept! The call for entry is currently being written, and will be rolled out to everyone when ready.

We have decided that our next exhibition will be juried. Stay tuned, more info to come!

MQX Meetup

No one has gotten back to me regarding a meetup at MQX next month. Perhaps this is something you all prefer to do informally via our Facebook page or the blog? That's a great use of our social media. For now, there is no Regional Meeting planned to coincide with MQX.

Regional Meeting

Our next regional meeting will most likely be virtual via Zoom. I'll be sending out a Survey of Interest to each of you regarding the specifics. Expect the survey sometime this Spring.

Benefit Auction Challenge

For the 2019 Benefit Auction, two regions with the highest percentage of participation will get $250 each towards a regional event. One award will go to a region with 100 members or less (that's us: ME/NH/VT)  and another award to the region with 101 members or more. 

Online submissions for these 12"x12" pieces is now open. The final deadline is June 1, 2019. Let's see if we can beat out the other small regions ... would be fun to plan a regional event with the prize money.
