Photography Workshop — SAQA MA/RI Regional Meeting

Wayside Sewing, Marlborough MA , June 1st, 2019 — 10am to 2pm

The MA/RI Region has invited us to their 2019 Regional Meeting. Sue Bleiweiss will be presenting an overview on taking and preparing photos for a Call for Entry. MA/RI will be charging all members attending, regardless of Region, a nominal fee of $10-$20 per person, depending on the number of people attending. For more info: Wayside Sewing

This is a valuable skill to have. As artists, each of us is responsible for the quality of the images we provide to juried shows. 

Virtual Critique Group — May 22, 2019 10am –11:30am

Everyone is invited to join us for "kind" critique and input on your work.

For each artwork you wish to discuss, please send both a full and detail photo to Diane Harris (yearfive@hotmail.com) by Monday, May 20th. 

Be sure to include the title & dimensions for your work. Looking forward to seeing YOU there!

POD #5: Bridgewater Vermont — Wednesday June 12, 2019 10am–1pm

The next meeting of the Bridgewater POD will be on Wednesday, June 12, from 10am – 1pm. 

Please bring your 12" x 12" challenge based on the word "Window". Also, if you missed the April challenge deadline for "Illumination",  please bring that one to share as well. 

Presentation: Cindy Bartosewcz will encourage us to work through "challenges" using fabric color, tone, and embellishments opportunities.

All SAQA members and friends are invited. Please bring a piece of your work for show and tell. 

Water and a snack will be provided. Bring your lunch to eat during the meeting.
