Our Next Regional Monthly Meeting on Zoom

Opening Subject – Skill Swap, ‘Let’s Wrap’ 

For our June meeting, we’ll be watching the SAQA skill swap “Let’s Wrap”, from Lisa Dodson. This presentation provides a step-by-step tutorial on how to wrap an art quilt with mitered corners onto a deep, gallery wrapped canvas.  This technique will create nice sharp corners and give your art more wall power. Lisa Dodson will be attending our meeting and will be available for questions and comments.

Last month, we ran out of time and did not discuss any of the pricing information we learned.  After the skill swap, we’ll talk about pricing our work based on the information we learned last month. 

For July’s meeting, we will pick skill swaps for the balance of the year and in August’s meeting, we’ll have a skill swap on Cyanotype Printing.
